One effective life hack to consider is mindfulness meditation, which encourages individuals to focus on the present, reducing anxiety levels. Additionally, practicing deep breathing exercises can help you regain control during panic attacks. Engaging in regular physical activity, such as walking or yoga, is another way to lower anxiety, releasing endorphins that elevate mood. Another crucial method is maintaining a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins for better mental health. Following a regular sleep schedule greatly influences mood, so aim for consistency. If symptoms persist, consider seeking the advice of a mental health professional, as they can provide tailored strategies and support. By incorporating these life hacks into your routine, you can create a pathway to improved mental well-being.

OK, so I do this and after I do this, it’s gonna help me or help me for the moment because now I’ve known that all my life had I’ve had ADHD and it explains why I have these attacks like I mean I get fearful with my thoughts and I cry, I think bad things are gonna happen just down the road I worry I’m a warrior. I’m a Virgo. I worry about everything. I worry about the days and months ahead of me even though I shouldn’t even though I know tomorrow is not promised I don’t know it’s hard and and my doctors giving me something for the anxiety and stuff. It’s called venlafaxine and I really don’t know what it’s doing to help me because I sort of feel the same way it’s awful. Sometimes I don’t go to work because of it because I feel like something is telling me to stay home that if I leave something might happen well wow, I never knew.
