ตอนที่เพิ่งเริ่มเรียนคลาส Flow Step จริง ๆ ก็รู้สึกเหมือนยืนงง ๆ ตามจังหวะไม่ค่อยทันเหมือนกันค่ะ แต่ครูโบ๊ทใจดีมาก พาเราไล่สเต็ปทีละนิด ทำให้เข้าใจและเริ่มสนุกไปกับการเต้นมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ที่ชอบอีกอย่างคือบรรยากาศในคลาสไม่เครียด ไม่กดดัน เหมือนนั่งเล่นกับเพื่อน ๆ ที่รักการเต้นเหมือนกัน เลยสามารถเพลินและเพิ่มความมั่นใจได้มากขึ้น เราสามารถเลือกเริ่มจากคลาส Flow Basic เพื่อจับจังหวะอย่างช้า ๆ ก่อนจะก้าวเข้าสู่ Flow Step ที่ออกกำลังกายและเต้นสนุกมากขึ้น สำหรับใครที่สนใจ ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะไม่เก่ง เพราะมีโปรแกรมทดลองเรียนให้ถึง 5 ครั้งในราคา 1,399 บาท ถือว่าคุ้มมากสำหรับคนอยากเรียนเต้นลองทำความรู้จักกับร่างกายและจังหวะดนตรีผ่านการเคลื่อนไหวแบบ Flow Step ที่นี่เลยที่ Flow Movement Studio บอกเลยว่าเต้นไปเรื่อย ๆ ยิ่งทำให้เราเคลื่อนไหวได้ดีขึ้น และรู้สึกว่าร่างกายแข็งแรงขึ้นด้วยค่ะ ชอบมาก ๆ ค่ะ!
