New Mom Mental Health # 4
Have dinner or have not washed your hair for three days...
Are you worried about you? Know the Empty Cup theory that all mothers have to read!
"You have to eat well. I'll eat the leftovers."
"You need to sleep before I can shower."
"Leave the baby to your husband for a moment...Why do I feel so guilty? "
If you're living like this,
Admin wants to stop reading this post a little...
There is a golden sentence in psychology, one sentence says:
"You can't pour from an empty cup."
(You can't pour water...From an empty pitcher.)
Imagine ourselves as "water jugs."
And the baby (including the husband and the housework) is "a little tree."
Every day, mothers pour all their love, care and energy into potted plants 24 hours a day.
Without a day off.
Until one day...The water in the jug is "dry."
The body begins to protest, the mood begins to swing, easily irritated, to cry for no reason...That's the warning sign, "Your pitcher is cracking."
(Scroll through the illustration to understand the rules of water jugs)
Heal message to your mother:
Mothers leave their children with their husbands or grandmothers to run away...
: Take a warm bath and wash your hair.
: Sit and eat all the hot food without rushing to chew.
: Or a nap for 1-2 hours.
These things are "not selfish," Mom!
But it's self-care.
If the mother forced to pour water until the jug broke (fell ill / depressed)
In the end, no one will water this little tree as well as your mother.
So...Love you. You have to start with "love yourself."
And "be kind to yourself" before my aunt.
Did you add water to your jug today?
If not yet...Tag your husband to take over.
Let's go rest!
