"Don't worry. Nobody cares about you."

For the average person, job presentations

Eating at a table with strangers

Or food calls can be very common...

But for patients with Social Anxiety Disorder - SAD, these situations are:

"Hell on Earth" that makes the heart beat so hard that it almost comes out of the chest.

SAD is not a shy habit.

Not an Introvert personality (who likes to charge power alone).

But it is the "ultimate fear" of others staring at, evaluating, or fearing public embarrassment.

Imagine that there is an invisible spotlight.

Look down on you alone all the time. Look.

The brain will fool you...

Everyone passing by is secretly gossiping about you.

Every time I speak, the body protests with a ruddy face, shaking hands, broken sweat, a rattle, and a blank out.

And the most torturous thing is, when you get home, the brain acts as a "movie projector," and you take your conversation during the day and show it again and again.

Along with cursing himself that

"Why am I so stupid? They'll hate me." (Post-event processing)

This suffering has led many patients to choose to
