Mental health warning signs

Hug, everyone. Has anyone felt myself lately?

"Not the same"?

Maybe the fatigue or the heavy feelings we experience every day are not just physical fatigue, but a small "warning sign" from our minds whispering softly.

"Take care of me."

Today, let's take a simple Czech list for us to explore ourselves and those around us.

Initial warning signs that our hearts are in need of care:

Body Side:

You know, the body is always ticking before our hearts accept it! Notice if our eating and sleeping changes (insomnia or sleep, anorexia or overflowing). There is pain that can't be found or chronic fatigue like carrying heavy things all the time.

Emotional aspects:

Feeling fragile, easily frustrated with small things, or some people may not be sad, but a "empty tea" feeling, not in the way of things they used to do, or worried about things that haven't happened yet.

Behavioral aspects:

This is often noticed by people around you, such as starting to separate, pickling, chat friends, not wanting to socialize (who has raised their hands), not focusing on work at all, or accidentally draining in ways that hurt themselves, such as drinking harder.

Oh...What is it called "Time to see a doctor or a psychologist?"

His psychological teacher has a simple Czech called "4Ds." Let's analyze himself:

1️⃣ Deviance: Is our behavior very different from the original self? For example, from a cheerful, bright person who suddenly kept quiet, didn't talk to anyone for months.

2️⃣ Distress (Suffering): What Is It, How Much Does It Suffer, Awkward, or Plummet Us?

3️⃣ Dysfunction (broken down): Does this condition start to affect our daily lives? For example, can't go to school, can't work, can't even feel the strength to take a shower.

4️⃣ Danger (Danger): This is very important! Do you want to hurt yourself, hurt others, or behave at risk? (If you have this, don't wait. You have to meet an expert. Admin is worried.)

If finished reading and feeling that you or someone close to you are having many of these signs...Don't panic or think too much. Going to a psychiatrist or psychologist is not scary or strange. It's like we have the flu and go to a doctor.

We have taken care of our bodies a lot. Don't forget to turn around and hug and take care of your "mind."

Today, anyone is tired or awkward. Type emojis in the comments. The psychology world is always another safe space for everyone.
