5 cloves of garlic
Half ginger
2 green onions
3 carrots
1 radish
200 g bean sprouts
6 chicken wings
1 bag of mizuna
1 bag of crown daisy
a handful of dried shiitake mushrooms
Kombu 10cm
1 red pepper
Water 1L
salt tablespoon 1
Chicken glass tablespoon 2
How to make
Cut them all to your favorite size and put them in a pot 👍
