Ep.3 Dismissal - The Last Chapter of the Company Reopened

Hello, 🙏🏻 after a while, I want to share my experience of being laid off from working with a new company.

Before I came to Chiang Mai ⛅, I had the opportunity to talk to my boss often, and he always said the same thing:

"If you have the opportunity to grow, I want you to grab it."

At the time, I recognized some signs, coupled with the deep 50 / 50 company situation, and I was prepared to a certain degree.

I was full of work and travel, and I felt very happy, like I was filling my life with fire, 🔥 really strong return to work.

And then the boss called and asked, "Is it fun?" Just the tone, and I knew there was something.

Before hanging up, he said,

"It's Bangkok. Call me. This is important."

I arrived in Bangkok that night and immediately called back while on the plane, and my brother said, "Do you know?" I guess this is exactly the case.

The end of the line begins with a nostalgic greeting before saying:

"I talked to adults today.

All employees will work until the end of January.

The company will pay full compensation in accordance with the Labour Law.

I didn't want it to happen, but it really couldn't go on.

With economic conditions now. "

I answered honestly, I understand.

Because it's been a while

But still heartbroken.

There's a lot to do here.

Good colleague. Good boss.

And I really want to stay a long time.

Everything was so fast.

There's only two weeks left.

And then we all had to disperse.

Finally, at least this.

Make us stronger. 💪

And better accept the truth.

The last party.

And we'll be reunited.

For those who are thinking of walking the same path

Nobody wants to lay off.

But sometimes companies don't really have a choice.

📌 What was given after the dismissal.

1. 1 month final salary 💰

2. 1 month advance notice fee ⏳

3. Compensation by age

(In case I have a working life of 1 year to 3 years = 90 days)

👉 All received with the final salary.

📌 After termination

1. Set your mind 🧠

2. Clear the work and deliver the work. 📂

3. Update the CV and start looking for a new job immediately. 🚀

4. Apply for Social Security unemployment within 30 days.

(Case has not yet received a new job)

5. Keep all documents. If not paid as a right, can complain to the Labour Department. ⚖️
