How does two parenting feel?

The other day, there was a sports day at the nursery school.
Two years ago, I remembered the first sports day of my eldest daughter and was surprised at the difference with my second daughter.
My eldest daughter is cautious. It is easy to get nervous and is not good at the first thing or place.
So, the first sports day was really tough. I looked down all the time and couldn t get away from the teacher. There was also a scene where I cried. From the next year, I was enthusiastic and enjoyed it, and I knew it, so I remember thinking, I knew it.
My second daughter is relatively calm in public. She doesn't seem to care much about the eyes around her, and she is the type who enjoys everything.
So, even for the first sports day, while checking the parents' seats, I was doing something from the entrance. There was a scene where I was somewhat embarrassed, but I did all the events.
I was surprised that there were so many differences between sisters even though they were raising children in the same way, and I wanted to be able to develop this personality.
What kind of personality does your child have?

私も2人育児を経験して感じたのは、子どもそれぞれの個性を理解し受け入れることの大切さです。投稿にもあったように、長女は慎重派で緊張しやすい性格、次女は恥ずかしがらずにチャレンジ精神旺盛という姉妹の性格の違いに驚かされました。 実際に我が家でも似たような経験があり、長女は新しい環境や初めての行事で緊張しがちで泣いてしまうこともしばしば。一方で次女は、周りの目を気にせずのびのび楽しむタイプでした。最初は同じ育て方で良いのか戸惑いもありましたが、それぞれの個性に合わせた接し方を見つけることで、子どもたちの自信や成長を促すことができました。 例えば、慎重派の子には安心感を与えるため、事前に行事の流れを説明したり、慣れ親しんだ先生や友達との時間を増やすなどの工夫。反対にチャレンジャーの子には、自由に表現させ褒めることでやる気を引き出します。これにより、運動会や日常生活の中でそれぞれが自分らしさを発揮して参加できるようになりました。 また、兄弟姉妹で性格が異なることは成長にとても良い刺激になります。お互いの個性を理解し合い、異なる視点や価値観を学ぶ貴重な機会です。もちろん、育児において完璧はないので失敗も多いですが、その過程で親子ともに成長できる素敵な経験だと思います。 皆さんの育児経験もぜひシェアしていただきたいです。兄弟姉妹の違いに気づいたエピソードや、それぞれの個性を伸ばすために工夫していることなど、共感できるコメントを楽しみにしています！
