This post wishes to bless the Hong Kong Red Pig who really tasted the first shop of the year 🥩 was aimed at last year, but he is located in Bang Bon, and we didn't get a chance to go. I saw that he opened a booth at the Food Court Central World, so we had to try a bit.

The menu here will not be as complete as the main store. The price is not sure if it is the same, but the total order is 374 baht.
The pork is a very good marinade. Other shops tend to find red pork too sweet. But this is a very good marinade, soft, and soft taste in the mouth. Forget my favorite red pork shop in Hong Kong. (I don't fly back to eat anymore. Ugh!!) And cut thick pieces like a good touch and a tight taste. The important thing is the chili oil provided. It really raises the taste of this dish. 😍
Personally, the noodles 🍜 are very passive. For the two of us, do not feel that special, do not touch the mouth of the two of us that much. Around the front, it is better to order rice (but someone's preference for it). The dumplings are firm, but the taste is normal. The soup is not very hot. Ordinary for us.
Overall, I am very impressed with the pork. There is a repeat of course. I will order size M or L. Around the front, really worth the taste. No need to go far to Hong Kong. Our home is very much made. 🤤
