Backday
To get a wide back it’s best to hit your back from different angles such as this movement was the close grip lat pull down but sometimes I’ll do wide grip at times.

When training for a wide and muscular back, I’ve found that switching between close grip and wide grip lat pulldowns can make a significant difference. The close grip lat pulldown mainly targets the lower lats and helps develop thickness near the spine, while the wide grip focuses more on the outer lats, promoting width. From my experience, incorporating both grips in your backday routine ensures more comprehensive back development. For example, I usually start with close grip lat pulldowns to engage the middle back muscles and then move to wide grip variations to stretch and emphasize the outer lats. This combination not only enhances muscle definition but also helps maintain balanced strength across the back. Another tip is to pay attention to form—controlling the movement and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the bottom of each rep maximizes activation. I've also found that progressively increasing weights, such as going up in 10 kg increments as suggested by the "22 fbs / 10 kg" note, challenges your muscles and supports growth. Finally, don't overlook the importance of rest and recovery between sets, as well as maintaining proper nutrition to help your muscles repair and grow stronger. Consistency with these variations and attention to form is key to achieving a wide, sculpted back over time.
