Taking care of your brain/ gut/ and womb is highly important in women’s health, all 3 is its own being, so pay attention to your mental health, your gut health and your womb health, listen to your body and what it rejects or reacts to so You’ll know your body better than a doctor will.

Drinking things like herbal blend teas after every meal is so detoxifying and that’s the step we easily miss doing after eating.
