What I eat for breakfast

I have started back doing a calorie deficit. I was doing so good when I was doing it but fell back in bad habits. My goal is to loose 50lbs to start off with.

Right now I’m doing 1900 calories. I really don’t eat the whole 1900. I’m currently using the Lose It app to track calories. Based off my weight and what weight goal I want to reach stated that I need to loose 2lbs a week. I will track my goal weight in January next year😊 As long as I stay on track I can do it.

This breakfast meal is only 390 calories😊

-3 scrambled eggs with pinch of pink salt and little pepper

-tortillas bowl

-Publix seedless grapes (18 count)

Of course I had water to drink❤️
