It's so true, Sundays can truly become a haven if you approach them with intention! I totally resonate with finding peace and stillness on this day. Building on the wonderful routine shared, I've found a few extra things that truly elevate my Sunday reset and make sure I'm not just ready, but excited for the week ahead. For my morning, after that crucial workout (sometimes a full HIIT workout like the one mentioned in the OCR, other times just a brisk walk or gentle yoga!), I make sure to create a sacred space for a relaxed shower & breakfast. It’s not just about fueling my body, but also about clearing my mind. I love to put on some gentle music, light a candle, and really savor that quiet time. This slow start sets a really positive, unhurried tone for the rest of the day, helping me mentally transition from the hustle of the past week. Mid-morning, beyond spiritual reflection or community time, I often dedicate a short block to light mental prep. This isn't full-blown work, but more about reviewing my calendar for the upcoming week, noting any key appointments or tasks, and maybe jotting down a few quick priorities. This helps me feel less overwhelmed when Monday morning rolls around, knowing I've already done a preliminary scan. I also try to plan out my lunches for the week, even if it's just deciding on easy leftover options or a simple salad recipe. A little planning here saves so much mental energy during the busy weekdays. The afternoon is my prime time for getting the house in order, which includes a deeper clean than usual. It’s amazing how a tidy space can lead to a tidy mind! I tackle specific areas, like really getting into the kitchen. Using a good DISPOSAL CLEANER, wiping down surfaces with a fresh scent, and organizing the fridge makes a huge difference. It's often during this time that I also start dinner, often something that can provide delicious leftovers for a few days, making those busy weeknights a breeze. Think a big batch of soup, a roasted chicken, or a hearty casserole – practical and comforting! Finally, the evening is all about true relaxation and decompression. After dinner, I love to put my feet up and just relax. This could mean reading a captivating book, watching a comforting show, enjoying a calming bath, or even journaling about my week's reflections and intentions. Sometimes, it’s just sitting quietly with a cup of tea. The goal is to wind down completely so I wake up Monday feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle whatever comes my way, rather than feeling drained before the week even begins. Remember, a Sunday reset isn't about being perfectly productive, but about intentionally preparing your mind, body, and space for the week ahead, finding your personal rhythm of peace. What little things do you add to your Sunday to make it feel more complete and truly yours?

Omg I go to OTF too!
