My makeup predictions for 2025 brings Eastern European (Russian Slavic and Germany) meets Afro Americanca. This political climate will take us back in time when women did simple clean glam look but it had a darkness cold energy to it. European anesthetic is making a comeback but also I feel black women will rebel with becoming more natural like the women in the 70s 60s and 50s but thier makeup will be more of a effortless glam( natural brow thin eyebrows wing twiggy eyelashes. The economy will impact the consumption of makeup and also the time women spend on doing their makeup. I see smokey eye and cat eye makeup making a comeback. but I feel that Kate moss uk/ Russian intense soviet union look will creep back in. it's the clash of two worlds emerging AmericaX eastern European makeup having a baby. we're going back to war world 2/ civil rights / American nationalism so it spill into the beauty world. 🌎
