Ive officially reached this mindset

I've personally experienced the shift in mindset where patience wears thin and boundaries become essential. It’s a common feeling to notice minor things that never used to bother us start to pile up, especially as we grow more aware of our time and energy's value. For me, this meant learning to say "no" without guilt when people asked too many questions or demanded too much attention. It felt freeing to simply express, "Just leave me alone," because it was a clear message about needing space, not anger.
