What I ate today! So I had a super grain blend with quinoa I added some turmeric since I heard it’s really good for ya and a slight sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning. (100% is one of those you either love it or hate it. Me personally I love it!) Made some cucumber salad drizzled some olive oil
