what I eat in a day: healthy @ work !!
getting into the habit of eating consistently at work was difficult, but over time i trained myself to snack throughout the day and it has made such a meaningful impact!! been hitting PRs and staying lean 😎 here are some tips that have helped me get into the habit myself:
🍑 find natural moments were you maybe start to feel a bit hungry, and eat a small and light snack before the feeling becomes uncomfortable
🫐 if you have a daily routine, break the day up with even intervals of 5 min. snacks! fruits, nuts, and protein bars are great for this :) every 2 hours or so is great for me personally!
🥝 not one food group is more important than the others :) protein, fat, and YES CARBS are all crucial, make sure every MEAL (not necessarily every snack) has a tiny bit of all three!
