Today's lunch, I went to "Muginosato" where hand-pulled udon is delicious!
I ordered a volume Manten udon set with crispy shrimp tempura 🍤
Udon is chewy and the best!
The moment of sprinkling soup and sipping with condiments is too happy... 🥺
Furthermore, the set rice is "Tororo rice" 🍚
The fluffy texture and the scent of Kizami seaweed were the best, and the chopsticks did not stop!

Iordered their signature udontopped with two huge, golden-crispy shrimptempura. Thenoodlesare handmade, super chewy, and have the perfect bounce! Pouring the savory dashi sauce over the fresh scallions, nori, and bonito flakeswas incredibly satisfying 🥺
And you can't skip the side dish- a mini bowl of Tororo Gohan (fluffy grated mountainyam over rice) 🍚 It's so light, smooth, and flavorful!
If you love authentic Japanese udon, you definitely need to add this spot to your bucket list 🫶
むぎの里の手延べうどんは、噛み応えのある適度なコシと喉越しの良さが際立っているため、食べる度に美味しさを実感します。特に海老天は揚げたてで衣がサクサク、中の海老はプリプリとしており、うどんとの相性は抜群でした。また、ダシの効いたおつゆをたっぷりと絡めて薬味と一緒に味わうと、風味豊かな味わいが口いっぱいに広がり、心まで温まるような満足感があります。 サイドメニューとしてセットに付いてくる「とろろご飯」は、ふわふわでとろける食感のとろろがご飯と良く絡み、きざみのりの香りがアクセントとなっています。これがまたうどんとのバランスを考えられており、一緒に食べることで和食らしいシンプルながらも奥深い味わいが完成します。 個人的な感想ですが、むぎの里の魅力は手延べという昔ながらの製法で作られたうどんの食感だけでなく、そのバリエーションの豊かさや丁寧な盛り付けにもあります。初めて訪れる方には、海老天うどんセットにとろろご飯付きのメニューをおすすめします。店内は清潔感があり、落ち着いて食事を楽しめる空間ですので、ランチタイムのリラックスに最適です。 また、薬味の使い方やおつゆのかけ方にも工夫があり、自分好みの味付けに調整できる点も嬉しいポイントです。むぎの里での食事は単なるランチタイムを超えた、和食の繊細な魅力を再発見できる貴重な時間となるでしょう。
