This isn't always easy, trust me! There are days when my bed feels like the most comfortable place on earth, and the thought of an extra hour of sleep is incredibly tempting. But that's where the 'discipline' comes in. It's the mental push to get up, prepare, and face whatever comes my way. It's about building resilience, day after day, choosing progress over comfort. This daily ritual builds mental toughness and a strong work ethic that carries through the rest of my schedule. Why do I choose this tough start?
