Collagen Peptide Chia Pudding

This is so yummy and filled with lots of good stuff for you! Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds to 1/2 cup oatmilk and let soak overnight. The next morning, mix in 2 tablespoons of the chocolate flavored collagen peptides and eat up!

After having this for breakfast every other morning for 2 weeks, I’ve noticed my stomach is flatter and I have had better digestion and energy overall ☺️
