For 1 serve, you’ll need:
✨ 1 rice cake
✨ 1 Tbsp peanut butter @mayversfood
✨ 5 banana slices
✨ 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
✨ 1/2 tsp coconut oil
✨ A pinch of sea salt
How to:
1. Top the rice cake with peanut butter & banana slices.
2. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, then drizzle over the top.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt for the perfect finish.
4. Pop it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
