Steamed Wild Salmon with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

On busy weeknights that only allow 30 minutes to whip up a healthy, nutritious, yet yummy dinner for the family, I make Steamed Wild Salmon with Black Bean Garlic Sauce using Lee Kum Kee’s jarred product. I use wild salmon as opposed to farmed salmon (for obvious reasons) and simply smear the sauce over the fish, cover, refrigerate until I am ready to cook, then steam for 10-12 minutes with sliced ginger.
