If stress disappeared, what would go first?

If you're a working mom, I want to hear from you! What is one stress you would love to eliminate and get rid of, no matter what it is?

I know mine is the financial stress. To not have the stress of trying to afford everything just to survive. The stress of not being able to save money or get ahead. The stress and mom guilt from having to say no to family outings or sports.

I know I am not alone in this thought. I would love for you to share what stress you would love to get rid of, whether it's a simple or a challenging fix!

From my own experience and conversations with fellow moms, financial stress tends to top the list. Constantly worrying about making ends meet, saving for the future, and still finding time and money for family activities creates a heavy burden. But beyond finances, there are many other common sources of stress that moms face daily. Time management is a big one—trying to coordinate work schedules, children’s activities, and household duties can lead to exhaustion and feelings of guilt when things don’t go as planned. The pressure to be perfect both at work and home can also add an emotional toll. One strategy that has helped me and several moms I know is setting clear priorities and boundaries. Learning to say no or delegate tasks without guilt can free up mental space and reduce stress levels. It’s important to remember that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary for sustained energy and happiness. Lastly, connecting with other working moms who share similar challenges creates a sense of community and support. Sharing stories, tips, and encouragement can make each challenge feel a little less daunting. Platforms that encourage open discussion on topics like #momsjuggleitall and #momstruggles can be invaluable. If you could remove just one stress from your life, what would it be? Whether it’s financial strain, balancing duties, or emotional stress, reflecting on this can help identify areas for change. And sometimes just voicing these stresses to others who understand provides immense relief. You are definitely not alone in this journey.
