Can your child verbalize their feelings? Mine can all thanks to this amazing book, “I have Big Feelings!”

Hi! I’m Hannah! Wife, mom, and author! I’m new here, and so excited to share my new book with you all!

My daughter was just four years old when she came to me and said “Mom, I’m feeling overwhelmed.” I was blown away that she could verbalize that! I realized that all of the things I was doing to talk about feelings with her was working! So I wanted to share the love with fellow parents and help all children understand and express their feelings.

How much better would your parenting journey be if your child could tell you how they were feeling? If they could explain why they were crying, smiling, or laying on the ground refusing to get their shoes on… wouldn’t that be a game changer?

Obviously children’s brains are far from developed, and often they won’t know why they’re doing something. But this book is a start to helping them be self aware, even at such a young age.

The best part about this book is the kid friendly journal pages at the back of the book! They encourage children to talk, write, or draw about their own feelings! We use these in my own home on an every day basis and I promise you it is a GAME CHANGER! 🤩
