During workouts, I pay close attention to my heart rate, as it helps me understand how intensely I’m training and when to ease off for recovery. Monitoring your heart rate can optimize fat burning and improve cardiovascular health. After a vigorous session, a proper cool down is crucial to prevent muscle soreness and aid recovery. I usually spend 5-10 minutes doing light cardio and stretching, which helps regulate heart rate and relaxes my muscles. In addition, I find that sharing my routines through these vlogs encourages accountability and helps connect with others on similar fitness journeys.
