Healthy habits when you’re feeling depressed:
Hi my names Rayna and struggle with depression and anxiety.
I’m pretty new to this app but hopefully this helps people that go through similar things like I do.
Do things you like doing to calm your worries and doubts and thoughts that make it hard for yourself, Because who knows you’re going through it because you’re the one that knows. If you going through a break up that is unfixable.. your emotions will get stronger and get the best of you and over work your thoughts. If you’re a believer in God pray, pray, pray.
Listen to music if that calms you down.
You can even spend all by yourself if you really really need too.
Do what makes you happy.
