For me, it was about pushing deeper into my raw food principles and seeing how my body responded to such simplicity. Before diving in, I did a bit of research on how to best approach a 'fruit only' stint. I focused on variety, making sure to get a wide range of colors and nutrients. My typical day involved a huge fruit smoothie for breakfast, often with bananas, berries. Lunch might be a massive bowl of watermelon or a mix of melons. For dinner, I’d often have mangoes or a big fruit salad with apples, grapes, and oranges. Keeping hydrated was absolutely crucial; I drank tons of water throughout the day to support my body during these 5 days. One of the biggest questions I had, and I’m sure you do too, is 'what if I only eat fruit for a week' or five days? How would my energy be? Honestly, the first day or two were a bit challenging. I experienced some detox symptoms like mild headaches and a bit of fatigue, which is common when your body is cleansing. But by day three, I felt a noticeable shift. It's an intense way to flood your body with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
