Hey everyone! I’m excited to share my journey of losing over 30 pounds! Here’s how I did it, and I hope to inspire you on your own path to health:

➡️ Cut Out Carbs & Processed Foods.

I eliminated all carbs and sugar- processed foods, opting for nutritious plant-based meals. This shift not only helped me shed pounds but also improved my energy levels and overall well-being.

➡️Daily Activity

I made it a goal to either hit the Stair Master or walk 10,000 steps each day. This consistent movement kept my metabolism active and helped burn those extra calories.

➡️Strength Training

I committed to lifting weights at the gym 4-5 days a week. Building muscle not only toned my body but also increased my resting metabolic rate, making it easier to maintain my weight loss.

➡️Faith & Consistency

I trusted in God throughout my journey, finding strength and motivation in my faith. Staying consistent with my efforts was key; it’s all about making healthy choices every day.

➡️Hydration

I made it a priority to drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily. Staying hydrated kept me feeling full and energized, making it easier to resist cravings.
