Consistency Is the Real Medicine šŸ„

While I’m making this mushroom broth, I want to talk about something people overlook when it comes to healing... consistency. Not motivation. Not extremes. Not doing something once and expecting the body to change. The body heals through repetition.

Every time I make this broth, I’m sending the same message to my body. Minerals. Beta-glucans. Hydration. Warmth. Support. Over time, that repeated signal teaches the body what to expect. And when the body knows what to expect, it stops operating in survival mode 🧠✨.

Mushroom broth isn’t magic by itself. What makes it powerful is routine.
