For the longest time, I struggled to find pens that truly met my needs, especially for delicate Bible pages. That's why I'm so excited to share my current favorite pens! You might have spotted them in my recent post – those beautiful pastel shades, neatly lined up on my open Bible next to my spiral notebook. Seriously, these are contenders for the best pens ever for my study sessions. When I'm looking for the best study pens, I prioritize a few key features. First and foremost, absolutely no bleed-through is crucial, especially when writing in the margins of my Bible. Secondly, I need a smooth, consistent ink flow that doesn't skip or scratch, making long note-taking sessions comfortable. A comfortable grip is also a must, as is a good variety of colors to help organize my thoughts and highlight key verses. This particular set I've been using ticks all those boxes and more. The pastel-colored pens – specifically the pink, light gray, light blue, dark gray, and olive green – are just perfect. They're vibrant enough to make my notes pop, but soft enough that they don't overpower the text or feel too harsh. I've found them incredibly useful for color-coding my Bible study. For example, I might use the light blue for promises, pink for commands, olive green for prophecies, and the grays for questions or insights. This system really helps me visually organize my thoughts and makes it easier to refer back to specific themes later on. I've tried numerous pens that claim to be non-bleeding, only to be disappointed, but these genuinely hold up. I can underline, highlight, and write notes in my Bible and my spiral notebook without any ink seeping through to the other side. The ink also dries surprisingly quickly, which is a huge bonus for someone like me who tends to flip pages frequently. This quick-drying feature is a game-changer, preventing smudges and keeping my study materials looking neat. here are my recent favorite black pens and my two cents for each: 1. Uni RT1 umn-155 (~$5) – crazy smooth ink, dries a lil slow… but CRAZY SMOOTH 2. Pentel Energel BLN 75 (~$6) – fast drying! great to write on 3M Post its! writes in a different color on correction tape though. 3. Zebra Sarasa

Paper Mate Inkjoy gel pens have introduced so many unique pens into the stationery world, but I believe this Bright set takes it home! The pens write so smoothly. The ink is flowy! And not to mention the colors! Who doesn't love a white and yellow that shows on white and black paper?!?
