Ingredients:
✨I lb of protein that you like
✨1 small onion, large diced
✨1 zucchini, large diced
✨1 colorful bell pepper, large diced
✨2 tbsp oil of your choice (I used sesame oil)
Sauce:
zest and juice of 2 oranges
1/4 cup tamari
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey.
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced or grated (approx 1" piece ginger)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon starch (corn or arrowroot)

Directions:
Whisk all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add the shrimp/chickeb to the skillet and allow to cook and brown until done.
Add veggies to the shrimp/chicken and cook until the veggies soften.
Whisk the sauce once more and add to shrimp/chicken and veggies and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes while the sauce thickens
Serve over cooked rice and garnish with toppings of choice
