🌱 What is Resilience?
...Resilience is "mental resilience."
Is the ability to fall and get up again.
Adapt to difficulties without losing hope in life.
> > Not to fall at all.
But to "not let the fall...Defines who we are. "

...Resilience is not a talent, but a "trainable" skill.
And it's caused by three main factors:
1. Optimism
Seeing more hope in what remains than what disappears.
2. Self-awareness
Know what we feel and respond to it consciously.
3. Connection
Because no one has to recover alone. Having someone who understands is a force.
💪 How to Train Resilience in Everyday Life
1. Accept irreplaceable things
Some situations, we're "out of control."
But we always control the "attitude" of looking at it.
2. Give new meaning to failure
Let's look at every pain as a lesson.
Ask yourself, "What is this teaching me?"
3. Take care of heart energy
Get enough rest. Fill yourself in the good.
A tired heart...Hard to get up firmly.
4. Ask for help when needed
...Resilience doesn't necessarily mean being strong all the time.
"When to rest and when to rely on someone."
...Resilience is the art of rising again.
Life may not always get easier.
But we'll be "stronger" every time we don't give up.
