I got another- the only person in your life who is permanent is yourself. Even if you’re friends with someone for years, or are in the same relationship for a long time, those people will eventually pass away even if they last a “lifetime” and all you’re left with is you. That’s why having self love and a positive self relationship isn’t just good but is critical for living a fulfilled life
