Overnight French Toast Casserole *recipe
➡️ Ingredients
~ Casserole ~
• 14oz loaf French bread (or any kind of bread you want!) I used leftover dinner rolls cut up.
• 6 eggs
• 2 and 1/4 C milk
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 C brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
~ Streusel Topping ~
• 1/3 C brown sugar
• 1/3 C all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 5 T butter, cold & cut into cubes
➡️ Directions
1. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut bread into 1 inch size pieces and spread evely in pan.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over bread.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours; up to overnight.
5. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F.
6. Mix streusel topping ingredients, mixing with a fork to break up butter. Sprinkle evenly over bread mixture.
7. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until middle is set.

What is 2 and 14 C milk? Do you mean 16 cups?
