💼 My view: Give me "On-site."

Personally, I prefer to go to the office. The main reason is the speed of trouble or the need for Brent Storm. Walking to knock on the table is clearing up much more quickly! And I feel that online meetings are sometimes easy to focus. Productive can't really fight live talking.

🚦, but...The big obstacle to On-site is "Bangkok."

The undeniable downside is "travel." 😫 Just thinking about traffic jams on the road or crowding on the train, it pumps half the life force, and it's a waste of hours and travel costs that we have to bear.

Based on global research like the Microsoft Work Trend Index and many institutions, most employees (over 70%) make "Hybrid Work" the best balance because they meet a Collaboration and get a day at home to focus on solo work and save on travel.

Now each organization has a different policy:

💻 100% WFH / WFA: Do it anywhere, with the utmost freedom (some kind companies also provide power / net value!)

100% On-site 🏢: Back in office every day, focus on the same face

⚖️ Hybrid: 2-3 days / week in office (a trend that many companies are deploying)

🚫 No Supports: WFH, but no lights or office, no travel fees (secretly sad)
