This is how I remove my dead skin!

Step One - Shower or bath:;

Soak your body in the shower or bath ( no soap) for 5-10 minutes to soften your skin. The softer your skin, the better the exfoliation you will achieve.

Step Two - Get out of water:

Turn off the shower or drain bath tub. Do not dry skin.

Step Three - Use Glove:

Wet the exfoliating glove thoroughly and squeeze out any excess water. Avoid using soap with the glove. Begin with gentle pressure, gradually increasing to medium pressure. Avoid scrubbing too hard to prevent over-exfoliating and removing healthy skin cells. Use long, even strokes to scrub your body, and be especially gentle on sensitive areas.

Step Four- Shower

Once you’re done exfoliating, continue with your regular shower routine, and don’t forget to moisturize afterward.
