normal

Doesn't matter if it was by design or just how things unfolded... the reality is we've been conditioned to think it's normal to eat processed food, sit indoors, rely on screens, and slowly drift away from what it means to be human.

Strength, resilience, connection to nature-those aren't outdated, they're essential. Don't buy into the propaganda. Take your life back, and feel great again!

... Read moreI've often found myself trapped in the cycle of convenience—eating processed food, spending countless hours indoors in front of screens, and losing touch with nature. It felt like the 'normal' way to live until I started questioning that very notion. Reflecting on the phrase 'IMAGINE HOW MUCH PROPAGANDA IT TOOK TO CONVINCE US... THIS IS NORMAL... AND THIS ISN'T?' really hit home for me. Breaking away from this conditioning isn't easy, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I started small by spending more time outdoors—whether it was a short walk in the park or simply sitting under a tree to disconnect from my phone and social media. This helped me rebuild a connection with nature and fueled my mental wellbeing. Another change was shifting my diet away from heavily processed foods towards more whole, natural options. Preparing meals from scratch gave me control over what I consumed and helped me feel more energized. These habits strengthened not just my body but also my resilience to daily stress. I also realized that strength and resilience aren’t outdated ideals; they're essential for thriving in today’s world. Incorporating physical activity that challenges me, like hiking or bodyweight exercises, has boosted my confidence and sense of vitality. Don't let external influences define what's 'normal.' Reclaim your life by embracing these foundational aspects of health—nature, mental wellbeing, and physical resilience. It’s a gradual journey, but every step toward these principles has made me feel more alive and grounded. If you feel the same, share this message and support others in rediscovering their human essence.
