I've found that consistency is key, so I make sure to have these ingredients readily available every morning. Why these specific ingredients, you ask? Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO): This isn't just for cooking! I use a high-quality, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. It's packed with healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants. In my experience, it acts as a mild lubricant for the digestive system, helping to stimulate bile production which is crucial for breaking down fats and eliminating waste.
