Adapted from @Tina Farmer ,this biscuit recipe is quick and simple. 2 cups of SELF RISING flour, a pinch of salt 2 cups plus 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream and butter/ margarine. Stir the salt into the flour. Make a well in the center. Add cream a little at a time until dough is tacky. T
