Simple Biscuit recipe

Adapted from Tina Farmer ,this biscuit recipe is quick and simple. 2 cups of SELF RISING flour, a pinch of salt 2 cups plus 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream and butter/ margarine.

Stir the salt into the flour. Make a well in the center. Add cream a little at a time until dough is tacky. Turn out on parchment paper and kneed and just enough flour to form a smooth ball. Use a rolling pin or hands to flatten then use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out. I preheated the over to 450° and baked a total of 15 minutes ( check them after 10 minutes and rotate for even browning). Brush with butter and eat! #biscuits #makingbiscuits #simplerecipes
