I once felt incredibly frustrated after a tough meeting, and instead of stewing, I put on some rock music and just *sang*. By the end of the song, my shoulders were less tense, and I could think more clearly. For those burned-out days, a simple walk can be a game-changer. It's not just about getting fresh air; it's about changing your environment and engaging your body. I try to make my walks mindful – really noticing the trees, the sounds, even the feeling of my feet on the ground. This helps pull me out of my head and away from the cycle of burnout.
