One of the biggest shifts for me was in developing emotional resilience. When setbacks happened, I’d wallow. Now, I try to see failure not as an endpoint, but as valuable feedback. Instead of letting failures keep me from trying again, I ask myself: 'What can I learn from this?' This mindset change, often linked to a 'warrior mindset,' helps you respond mindfully rather than emotionally. It's about aligning your actions with your commitments, even when things get tough, and not letting past mistakes define your future.
