Truths You Need to Know About Your Health! đŸ”‘â„šī¸đŸ‘‡

The food industry has fed us myths for years, and it’s time to set the record straight. So many people are avoiding the very things that nourish them while consuming what actually harms them. The truth? Your body thrives on real, whole foods—not processed junk designed to keep you sick.

It’s time to unlearn the lies and take control of your health. The more you know, the better choices you can make. Stop fearing natural, nutrient-dense foods and start questioning what big industries are really pushing. Your health is your responsibility—educate yourself and fuel your body the right way!

Who This Is For

This is for anyone who wants to break free from food myths and start making healthier choices. If you’ve ever questioned mainstream nutrition advice or felt overwhelmed by conflicting health information, this is your wake-up call.

Why This Is Important

Misinformation has led people to fear real, nourishing foods while unknowingly consuming harmful ingredients. Your body is designed to thrive on nature’s gifts, not artificial additives and processed oils. Learning the truth empowers you to make better decisions for long-term health and vitality.

Eat In-Season for Optimal Health & Anti-Aging

Eating fruits and vegetables that are in season is one of the best things you can do for your health and longevity. Seasonal produce is fresher, more nutrient-dense, and better suited to your body’s needs at that time of year. For example, summer fruits like berries and melons hydrate and cool the body, while winter vegetables like squash and root vegetables provide warmth and nourishment.

Also, avoid overcooking your food! Cooking at high temperatures destroys essential nutrients and enzymes that help your body absorb and utilize those nutrients efficiently. Lightly steaming or eating raw when possible preserves the powerful anti-aging and healing properties of your food.

The Five-Ingredient Rule for Packaged Foods

If you’re going to eat something from a package, follow the five-ingredient rule: stick to foods that have five ingredients or fewer. The simpler, the better! Highly processed foods are loaded with artificial preservatives, chemicals, and additives that your body doesn’t recognize.

A good rule of thumb? If a third grader can’t pronounce an ingredient, don’t eat it! Real food doesn’t come with a long, complicated list of ingredients. Choose whole, minimally processed foods that nourish your body instead of harming it.

Breaking Down the Truths

â€ĸ Butter doesn’t clog your arteries – Real butter, especially from grass-fed cows, is rich in healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins that support heart health. It’s processed vegetable oils that cause inflammation, not butter.

â€ĸ Eggs don’t raise your cholesterol – Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. They contain healthy cholesterol, which your body actually needs for hormone production and brain function.

â€ĸ Fat doesn’t make you fat – Healthy fats like avocados, olive oil, and animal fats provide essential nutrients and keep you full longer. It’s excessive sugar and processed carbs that contribute to weight gain.

â€ĸ Food dyes are harmful – Artificial dyes like Red 40 and Yellow 5 have been linked to hyperactivity, allergies, and even cancer. Stick to natural food coloring from fruits and vegetables.

â€ĸ Seed oils are not healthy – Oils like canola, soybean, and corn oil are highly processed, inflammatory, and linked to chronic diseases. Opt for butter, olive oil, or coconut oil instead.

â€ĸ Red meat doesn’t cause heart disease – Quality red meat, especially grass-fed, is packed with protein, iron, B vitamins, and healthy fats. It’s the processed meats and sugar-laden diets that contribute to disease.

â€ĸ Real salt is good for you, especially Celtic salt – Unrefined salts like Celtic and Himalayan contain essential minerals that support hydration, nerve function, and overall health. Processed table salt, however, is stripped of nutrients and contains harmful additives.

â€ĸ Sunshine improves your health – Natural sunlight helps your body produce vitamin D, boosts mood, strengthens the immune system, and supports overall well-being. Daily sun exposure (without toxic sunscreens) is one of the best things you can do for your health.

Pro Tips

â€ĸ Ditch processed vegetable oils and switch to real, traditional fats like butter and tallow.

â€ĸ Prioritize whole, unprocessed foods—nature provides what your body needs.

â€ĸ Get outside and soak up the sun daily for natural vitamin D.

â€ĸ Read ingredient labels—if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it.

â€ĸ Replace table salt with mineral-rich salts like Celtic or Himalayan.

The Power of Sun Gazing & Grounding

Sun gazing—looking at the sun during sunrise or sunset—has powerful benefits for your health. It helps regulate your circadian rhythm, supports eye health, and can even boost mental clarity and energy. Start small—just 10–15 seconds at sunrise or sunset—and gradually increase over time.

Grounding, also known as earthing, is the simple act of placing your bare feet on the earth. Walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil allows your body to absorb electrons from the earth, reducing inflammation, improving sleep, and balancing your energy. Nature is designed to heal—connect with it!

How Rubber Soles Disconnect You from the Earth

Most modern shoes have rubber soles, which act as insulators and block the natural electrical connection between your body and the earth. This disconnect can lead to increased inflammation, stress, and fatigue.

Whenever possible, ditch the rubber and wear leather-soled shoes or simply go barefoot. Your body was designed to stay connected with the earth’s natural energy, and restoring that connection can have profound effects on your health and well-being.

Spiritual Insight

God designed our bodies to function optimally when fueled with real, natural foods. The more we move away from His creation and toward man-made, processed alternatives, the more our health suffers. Every bite you take is an opportunity to nourish yourself the way He intended.

Taking care of your body is a form of stewardship. When you honor your health, you’re better equipped to fulfill your purpose. Listen to your body, trust the wisdom found in nature, and make choices that support the life God has called you to live.

Business Insight

The food and pharmaceutical industries thrive on misinformation. Keeping people sick is profitable, which is why so much of what we’ve been taught about nutrition is misleading. Big corporations push cheap, processed foods while demonizing real, whole ingredients that actually promote health.

If you want long-term success—whether in health, business, or life—you have to think independently. Do your own research, challenge the narrative, and make informed decisions. Just like in business, your success depends on questioning the mainstream and seeking the truth.

Your Health, Your Responsibility

The truth is out there, but it’s up to you to apply it. Stop fearing real food, start questioning artificial ingredients, and take back control of your health. The choices you make today will impact your energy, longevity, and overall well-being. Choose wisely!

... Read moreI remember a time when I was so confused about what to eat. Every magazine and diet trend seemed to contradict the last, often demonizing healthy fats and promoting 'fat-free' processed foods. It felt like a constant battle trying to figure out which food doesn't make you fat, and I was genuinely worried that even a pat of butter could clog my arteries! But after diving deep into my own research and listening to my body, I've uncovered some amazing truths that have completely transformed my health perspective. Let's talk about the big one: 'fat doesn't make you fat.' This was a game-changer for me. For years, I avoided healthy fats, thinking they were the enemy of weight loss. But what I discovered is that quality fats – like those in avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil – actually help you feel full and satisfied, making you less likely to overeat processed carbs and sugary snacks. These healthy fats are crucial for hormone production and nutrient absorption. For me, swapping out low-fat, high-sugar yogurts for full-fat, plain versions with some berries and nuts made a huge difference in my energy levels and cravings. It's about choosing nutrient-dense foods that fuel your body, rather than empty calories that leave you hungry shortly after. And then there’s the butter myth – 'can butter clog your arteries?' This was another fear I had to overcome. I grew up hearing that butter was bad for my heart. But the truth is, real butter, especially from grass-fed sources, is packed with beneficial fat-soluble vitamins and healthy fatty acids. It's the highly processed seed oils (like canola, soybean, and corn oil) that are highly inflammatory and often found in processed foods, which are truly detrimental to heart health. Once I made the switch from vegetable oils to real butter and other traditional fats like olive oil and coconut oil, I noticed a positive change in my digestion and overall well-being. It’s like my body breathed a sigh of relief. The OCR also reinforced this, stating clearly: 'Butter doesn't clog arteries' and 'Seed oils are not healthy.' It was a fantastic reminder to trust natural, wholesome ingredients over industrial creations. My personal journey has shown me that trusting nature's design, focusing on whole, unprocessed foods, and understanding the true role of fats has been key. It's not about restriction, but about smart choices that nourish rather than deplete. So, if you're like me and were once confused, I encourage you to question those old myths and embrace the goodness of real food!
