I used to be the Queen of 'Analysis Paralysis.' Seriously, deciding what to have for dinner could take me an hour, let alone big life choices! What to wear, what to eat, which route to take. By consciously making these quick decisions without overthinking, I built up my 'decision-making muscle.'
