My body has changed tremendously since getting 10,000 steps everyday! I don’t bloat as much. I’m not as gassy, food in general settles better in my body ever since I’ve made this commitment and change of getting my steps in! Start today you won’t regret it🚶‍♀️

I started by taking short walks after meals, which helped food settle better and minimized discomfort like gas and bloating. Over time, these small walks increased naturally into meeting and exceeding the 10,000-step goal. Using a pedometer or smartphone app helped keep me motivated and accountable.
