• 250 g long potatoes
• 2 eggs
・ White soup tablespoon 1

How to make
1. Put the yam in a bag and beat it finely with a rolling pin.
2. Add egg and white soup stock to ① and mix.
3. Pour ② into a heat-resistant plate, wrap, and heat in a 600w microwave oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
Until about 80% of it is on fire.
4. Sprinkle cheese on ③ and bake in a toaster until browned.
5. Sprinkle with green onions and chopped seaweed ♥
