🥬🐷 cabbage and enoki mushrooms
🍳 (for 2-3 people)
Main
Thinly sliced pork belly... 300g
• 2 bags of enoki mushrooms
Cabbage... 1 / 4 ball (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
soup
• Water... 600 ml
• 2 teaspoons of chicken stock
• Soy sauce... 2 spoon spoon
• Mirin... tablespoon 1
• Sesame oil... 1 tsp
🌶 spicy
• Soy sauce... 2 spoon spoon
• Vinegar... tablespoon 1
• Mirin... 1 teaspoon
• Sesame oil... 1 tablespoon
• Sugar... 1 teaspoon
• Garlic (grated)... 1-2 cloves
• Chili pepper... 1 teaspoon
• Chili oil... 2-3 tsp
• White sesame... 1 tablespoon
• Plenty of green onions
🍲.
1. Roll the enoki mushrooms
Enoki mushrooms with their roots cut off are made into small bunches and wrapped in pork belly.
2. Lay cabbage on the pan
Chopped cabbage is placed on the bottom, and enoki pork is arranged radially.
3. Pour the soup
Mix water + chicken stock + soy sauce + mirin + sesame oil and pour.
4. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes
When the pork is cooked and the cabbage is thick, it's done!
5. Make Spicy Daremashimashi
Mix it all up and add it to your liking while tasting the spiciness 🔥

6. Eat with plenty!
