Back-of-life views start away from Instagram 📱
At one point in our lives, we were like many people.
• You have to choose a beautiful restaurant.
• Going to the beach is beautiful.
• The accommodation must look good.
Not because it's necessary.
But because
• Want to take a picture to look cool
• Want the picture to look good
• Want life to look good in other people's eyes
Finally, it makes us
Unknowingly spend more money
• More expensive restaurants
• More expensive accommodation
• Trips are more expensive
Until one day I started asking myself,
"We're living real lives.
Or are you living to take pictures on social media? "
But deep down,
The truth is... social is not wrong.
• What is everyone entitled to?
• Live any kind of life
• That's his life. 🤍
But sometimes
It's ourselves.
Who ate it unconscious.
I myself want to be
Want to have Want to look good like seen on screen
Until accidentally creating a standard of life
At "higher than necessary."
When he started to retreat a little
So it began to see more clearly
Actually,
"Our lives don't want anything that much."
• Go anywhere > Just get a break.
• Eat anything > Just be full
Really happy.
Maybe it's a lot simpler than it looks.
And our growth today.
Probably not a better living on social.
But it is...

หลังจากที่ได้ลองถอยห่างจาก Instagram จริง ๆ ชีวิตที่เคยเต็มไปด้วยความเร่งรีบและการแข่งขันทางโซเชียลกลายเป็นบทเรียนที่สำคัญในการมองเห็นคุณค่าของสิ่งเล็ก ๆ รอบตัวจากมุมมองที่ต่างออกไป ในช่วงที่เล่น Instagram บ่อย ๆ ผมก็เหมือนหลาย ๆ คนที่มักจะเลือกกินอาหารหรือเที่ยวในสถานที่ที่สวยแค่เพื่อจะได้โพสรูปสวย ๆ กดไลก์เยอะ ๆ ซึ่งจริง ๆ แล้วสิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่จำเป็นในการใช้ชีวิต แต่เพียงเพื่อตอบสนองอยากได้ภาพลักษณ์ที่ดูดีในสายตาเพื่อนหรือตามเทรนด์โซเชียล แต่เมื่ออีกราว ๆ เดือนที่ผ่านมา ผมเริ่มตั้งใจที่จะลดเวลาการใช้โซเชียลลง และใช้เวลานั้นกับการพักผ่อนจริง ๆ ไม่ต้องถ่ายรูปสวย ๆ เสมอไป สิ่งที่พบก็คือความสุขเรียบง่ายที่เกิดจากการกินอาหารธรรมดา ๆ ที่บ้าน กับครอบครัว การเที่ยวที่สถานที่ไม่ต้องสวยเลิศ แต่ได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศและพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง การใช้ชีวิตแบบนี้ทำให้รู้สึกว่าเราไม่ได้ถูกบังคับโดยมาตรฐานที่ตั้งขึ้นเองบนโลกโซเชียล การถอยออกมานิดเดียวทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่า โซเชียลมีเดียไม่ผิด และทุกคนก็มีสิทธิ์ในการแสดงตัวตนและวิถีชีวิตที่ตัวเองเลือก แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือความมีสติในการเสพเนื้อหาและไม่ปล่อยให้ตัวเองถูกครอบงำด้วยภาพลักษณ์ที่อาจเกินจริงหรือมาตรฐานสูงเกินจำเป็น วิธีที่ผมแนะนำคือ การสร้างช่วงเวลาสำหรับ ‘social detox’ เป็นประจำ เช่น ปิดแจ้งเตือนหรือกำหนดเวลาเล่นเพื่อให้ตัวเองได้พักสมอง เปิดโอกาสให้ได้ใช้ชีวิตในแบบที่ชื่นชอบโดยไม่ต้องคำนึงถึงภาพลักษณ์ และสำหรับใครที่เริ่มรู้สึกว่าการไล่ตามความสมบูรณ์แบบบนโซเชียลอาจทำให้เหนื่อยหรือต้องใช้จ่ายเกินตัว ลองให้เวลากับตัวเองสักนิด ถอยออกมาพัก แล้วจะเห็นว่าความสุขที่แท้จริงคือการได้มีสติและใช้ชีวิตอย่างสมดุล ไม่จำเป็นต้องดูดีในทุกภาพ แต่แค่รู้สึกดีจากใจ นั่นคือชีวิตที่มีคุณค่าจริง ๆ
