同じく「壁にくっつくおもちゃ（ダイソー/セリア）」系、うちも最初は可愛さに負けて買ったんですが、0歳の“なんでも口に入れる期”にはヒヤッとすることがありました。なので、本文のペットボトル活用はかなり助かるアイデアだと思います。ここでは私がやってよかった誤飲対策と、遊ばせ方のコツを追記します。 まず、使うペットボトルは500mlで、できれば側面がボコボコしていないタイプが見やすくておすすめです。「うにうに」みたいなカラフルで動きがあるものは、振ったときに中で“落ちる/転がる”のがよく見えて、0歳児がかなり夢中になります。うちは「おともだち」的に別の小さめマスコットも一緒に入れたら、さらに目で追う時間が伸びました。 安全面で大事なのはフタ部分。キャップは接着剤＋テープだけだと不安な子もいるので、月齢が上がって力が強くなってきたら、テープを十字にして広めに貼る・ビニールテープより布テープで補強するなど“二重ロック”にすると安心感が上がります。加えて、毎回遊ぶ前に「キャップが緩んでないか」「ボトルに亀裂がないか」はチェックしています（落とした後に小さいヒビが入ってることもありました）。 遊び方は、ただ振るだけでもいいんですが、「壁にぶつけて落ちるのを楽しむ」遊びが好きな子もいます。とはいえ、壁や床に強く打ち付けるとボトルが傷みやすいので、私はプレイマットの上でだけOKにしたり、壁に当てるなら“トントン程度”に誘導したりしてます。音が気になる家庭は、中身を少なめにするとガチャガチャ音が軽減されます。 それと、検索で一緒に出やすい「IKEA ミルクフォーマー 電池入らない」について。うちも最初つまずいたんですが、電池の向き（＋−）が本体の表示と逆に見えることがあるので、必ず電池ケース側の刻印を見て入れるのがポイントでした。入れても動かないときは、電池の透明フィルム（絶縁シート）が残ってないか、バネ側の接点が曲がってないかを確認すると復活することがあります。 育児って、がんばりすぎない「ゆる知育」で十分だなと感じます。身近な材料で安全に寄せつつ、赤ちゃんが目をキラキラさせる時間が増えるだけで、親の気持ちもかなりラクになりました。
