「体験型ホラーイベントって、結局どれが怖いの？」と迷ったので、私が行く前にチェックした“選び方”と、検索でよく見る心霊系ワード（ホテル・お台場など）との付き合い方をメモしておきます。 まず、体験型ホラーは大きく3タイプ。 1) 展示没入型（恐怖心展／視える人には見える展・零／1999展）…驚かせるより“じわじわ怖い”。文章や音、写真の見せ方で心がザワつくので、絶叫が苦手でも楽しみやすいです。私は暗い部屋×考察系が一番あと引きました。 2) ミッション・調査型（笑える事故物件／笑えない事故物件）…「調査協力のお願い」みたいな導入があると一気に当事者感。友だちと行くなら、怖さを共有できて盛り上がりやすい反面、1人だと没入しすぎて疲れるかも。 3) アトラクション型（戦慄迷宮：迷／怨霊座敷）…“ホラー体験 東京”で探してる人が想像しやすい、わかりやすい怖さ。VRは視界を奪われるので、閉所・酔いやすい人は無理せず休憩を。怨霊座敷は靴を脱ぐので、夏は素足が気になる人は靴下持参が安心です。 次に、関東のホラーイベントを快適に回るコツ。 ・土日祝は開場直後か夜遅めを狙う：待ち時間が短いと集中力が切れにくいです。 ・服装は“動きやすさ”優先：暗い会場や段差があることも。ヒールだと疲れやすいです。 ・心霊写真系は見終わった後の気分転換を用意：私は明るいカフェや夜景スポットをセットにすると後味が整いました。 最後に、「五反田 日の出ホテル 幽霊」「スカイハートホテル川崎 心霊」「お台場 心霊スポット」「女の霊」みたいな“心霊スポット”検索について。イベントと違って、噂ベースの場所は情報が曖昧なことも多いので、私は“無理に行かない”派です。行くなら、私有地に入らない・深夜に騒がない・撮影や投稿で場所を煽らない、を徹底。安心して楽しむなら、期間限定の体験型ホラーイベントの方が安全面も含めて満足度が高かったです。 関東で「体験型ホラー」「ホラー体験 東京」を探してるなら、まずはこの6つから好みのタイプを選ぶのがおすすめ。次行くなら、私は展示→アトラクションの順で“怖さのレベル上げ”をする予定です。
